Samba de Roda - Porto de Sauipe

"Pancada Forte", esse é o nome do
Grupo de samba de roda  de Porto de
Sauípe.  Os instrumentos utilizados
são: viola, cavaquinho,pandeiros ,
timbaus e triangulos.  Existem regras
para participar desta manifestação: as
pessoas se fecham em um circulo, e
começam a tocar e a cantar, quando
param de cantar , os instrumentos
continuam,e uma pessoa entra na roda
para dançar, os demais ficam batendo
palmas e aguardam sua vez. Eles
também fazem apresentações pela
região e trazem muita alegrias para as
comunidades e aos turistas que
apreciam muito está tradição

 

"Pancada Forte", this is the name of
the Porto de Sauípe Samba Group    
They used instruments like: guitar,
"cavaquinho"(banjo), tambourine, tom
toms and triangles. Rules exist to
participate of this manifestation: the
people close in one circulate, and start
to clap theis hands and to sing, when
they stop to sing, the instruments 
continue, and a person enters in the
wheel to dance, they are cleaping
palms and  waiting their turn to dance.
They also make presentations for the 
region bring many joys for the
communities and to the tourists that
appreciate  their tradition. 

Cavalgada em Porto de Sauípe

Cavalgada

Já é um costume antigo em Porto
de Sauípe e região o hábito de
cavalgar. Desta maneira foi criado
por um grupo de amigos um
encontro anual em alguma região da  Bahia
.

Em Porto de Sauípe
estas pessoas se reunem no mês
de janeiro para cavalgar, com
direito a forró, distribuição de
prêmios, e muita diversão. O
objetivo deste evento está na
integração social dos amantes de
cavalos, e da natureza.

Raid by horseback -Porto de Sauípe
Already is an old custom in Porto
de Sauipe and region the habit to
ride. In this way there is an
annual meeting in some region of
the Bahia, was created by a
group of friends. In Porto de
Sauípe these people meet in the
January month to ride, with
dance and music, distribution of
prizes, and revelry. The objective
of this event is in the social
integration of the knights with
nature. 

Festa da Lavagem-Porto de Sauípe

A Lavagem da Igreja, é um ritual que 
iniciou-se em 1980, quando as irmãs
Dona Lita e a  já falecida Dona Nega,
tomaram a iniciativa de homenagear o
padroeiro da cidade, São Sebastião. Na
ocasião tudo aconteceu no improviso,
elas se juntaram com outras senhoras
da comunidade, vestidas com toalhas no
corpo e lenços na cabeça. Com o
sucesso do evento, isto se tornou uma
tradição, todos os anos no
antepenúltimo domingo de janeiro, elas
saem pelas ruas vestidas de baianas,
cantando e dançando.Um dia antes 
deste evento foi criada pelo Sr.
Florisvaldo, uma corrida de bicicletas,
que tem como objetivo arrecadar
alimentos para a população carente.

Lavagem Party- Porto de Sauípe

The Laudering of the Church, is a ritual
that was initiated in 1980, when the
sisters Lita and already the dead Denies,
they had taken the initiative to homage
the patron saint of the city, Saint
Sebastião. In the occasion everything
happened in the improvisation, them if
they had joined with others ladies of the
community, dressed with towels in the
body and cloth in the head.

With the
success of the event, it is became a
tradition, every year in the second
sunday of January, them leaves dressed
on the streets, singing and dancing.One
day before this event was created by
Mr. Florisvaldo, a race of bicycles, that
has as objective to collect foods for the
population lack of money

Carnaval em Porto de Sauípe

Em fevereiro Porto de Sauípe para, para
pular o carnaval, são quatro dias de muita
folia.O turismo também se intensifica
nesta época, muitas pessoas vem buscar
aqui um Carnaval alegre, familiar, onde os
indices de  violência são praticamente
zero.Existem blocos carnavalescos que
foram  criados pela cultura local como o
bloco dos corcondundas, onde as
pessoas se transvestem de corcundas e
saem pelas ruas ensenando um
espetáculo teatral. O Carnajegue que já
foi várias vezes televisionado pela
midia,também é outro sucesso local, onde
um jegue puxando um mini-carro desfila
pelas ruas acompanhado de musicos com
instrumentos de sopro tocando musicas
dos antigos e atuais carnavais. As
muquiranas é outra manifestação
carnavalesca, onde os homens se vestem
de mulher e mulheres se vestem de
homens. Os cara de lama também é um
grupo antigo onde as pessoas se sujam
de lama do mangue e saem pelas ruas
melando outras pessoas.

Carnaval
In February Porto de Sauípe stop to enjoy
the carnaval, are four days of revelry.the
turism also is intensified at this time,
many people comes to search a glad and
friendly Carnaval here, where the indices
of violence are practically none. There are
carnivalesque groups that had been
created by the local culture as the group
of  humpback, where the people
dresses of  humpback and they leave on
the streets simulating a theatrical
spectacle. The "Carnajegue" that already
was some times showed by the midia,
also is another local success, where one
donkey pulling a mini-car parades for the
streets folloied of musicians with blow
instruments touching musics of the old
and current carnavals. The "muquiranas"
are another manifestation, where the men
dresses of woman and women dresses of
men. The "cara de lama" also is an old
group where the people put mud  on the
body and make dirty other people. 

Reveillon

 

Existe em Porto de Sauípe uma tradição
muito antiga e peculiar, não se sabe ao
certo quando se deu incio. O fato é que no
dia 31 a comunidade se reuni na praça  por
volta das 18:00 horas e indo de porta  e
em porta, cantando e dançando Samba de
roda onde uma pessoa  sai na frente
carregando na cabeça uma caixa que
simboliza o caixão do Ano Velho que será
jogado no mar exatamente na meia noite.
Cada casa que eles passam as pessoas
oferecem comida e bebida e acambam
acompanhando o cortejo até a beira do
mar. Quando chega a meia noite o caixão é
jogado no mar e eles seguram um bebê,
que geralmente é a criança mais nova da
comunidade, simbolizando o Ano Novo que
se incia.  Depois disso, todos se
cumprimentam e distribuem flores brancas,
desejando uma feliz ano novo para toda
comunidade. Esta é uma Festa imperdível!

There is an old and peculiar tradition in Port
de Sauípe, nobody knows when was began.
The fact is that in day 31 the community to
meet in the square at 18:00 hours and  to
go to every places , singing and dancing
Samba, where a person leaves in the front
loading in the head a box that symbolizes
the coffin of the Old Year that will be
played in the sea accurately in the half
night. Each house that they pass the
people offers to food and drink and
following  the group until the side of the
sea and them they hold a baby, who
generally is the youngest, symbolizing the
New Year After this, all compliment and
distribute white flowers, desiring a happy
new year.

Capoeira

 

Em Porto Sauípe existe o "Grupo UNICAR , 
com objetivo gerar para a comunidade
carente um trabalho de socialização e de
integração da nossa herança cultural
afro-brasileira..O Projeto é coordenado
pelo  Mestre Artista (Admir Gonzaga) e
por toda sua equipe de voluntários
locais. São cerca de 200 jovens que
praticam esta arte e se desenvolvem
como cidadãos.

Capoeira Integration and Art", that it has
as objective to generate for the
community a project of socialization and
integration of our cultural inheritance
afro-Brazilian. The Project is co-
ordinated by the Mestre  (instructor)
"Artista" (Admir Gonzaga) and by several
team of local volunteers. They are about
200 young that practises this art and
they develop as citizens

É nostalgia do nascer do dia
De jangadeiros surgindo do mar
Do rio repleto de mãos lavando roupas,
mãos que também trançam bolsas
De redes embalando namorados
E meninos subindo nos telhados
Do choque do rio e do mar
Uma colisão do passado e do presente
Porto de Sauípe é fatalmente
Viver em harmonia com o meio ambiente
